Heritage Walks, Tours & Monument Events in Jaipur

Nothing is listed for coming up yet โ€” new events are added every morning, so check back soon.

Jaipur holds three World Heritage listings in one city: Jantar Mantar (2010), Amber Fort as one of the Hill Forts of Rajasthan (2013) and the walled city itself (2019). Guided walks are the best way in. Old-city routes thread the bazaars, temples and havelis around Chaura Rasta, Tripolia and Modikhana before reaching City Palace and Hawa Mahal; others cover Amber town and its stepwell, or climb to Nahargarh for sunrise. Evenings have their own programme. City Palace opens for night visits from 7 pm to 10 pm, Amber Fort runs a sound and light show at 6:30 pm in English from October to February, and Albert Hall is floodlit after dark. In winter the forts host ticketed festivals, including the Jaigarh Heritage Festival, listed from 18 December 2026. This page lists heritage walks, monument events and history tours in Jaipur.
