About Ravindra Manch

Ravindra Manch is the state government's theatre complex inside Ram Niwas Bagh, a few minutes' walk from Albert Hall Museum. Named after Rabindranath Tagore, it has been a home stage for Jaipur's Hindi theatre groups for decades, and its main auditorium and smaller performance spaces carry plays, theatre festivals, folk and classical performances, children's theatre workshops in the summer holidays and competitions run by the state's art and culture bodies. Ticket prices for local productions are low and many government-supported festivals are free. The AU Jaipur Marathon route passes the building, and the Masala Chowk food court is in the same garden for a snack before or after a show.
