Things to do in Lalkothi & SMS Stadium

Lalkothi is the government and sports district between C-Scheme and Tonk Road. Sawai Mansingh Stadium, the home ground of the Rajasthan Royals and of Rajasthan's state cricket team, is the main draw, and its complex also has indoor halls and courts used for other sports and tournaments. The Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha and the Amar Jawan Jyoti war memorial, which runs an evening light and sound show, are on the same stretch of Janpath. On IPL nights the roads around the stadium are closed or diverted from late afternoon, so walk the last stretch or get dropped on Tonk Road. There is no metro station nearby.
